We ship only to Continental US.
We send all products by Priority Mail.

Shipping costs include insurance:

    $20.01  -  $35.00  -    $8.50 
    $35.01  -  $40.00  -    $9.50
    $40.01  -  $50.00  -    $11.00
    $50.01  -  and up  -    $15.00

 If shipping is miss calculated by a big difference than what it should be, we will refund the difference.

You will be notified by e-mail when your purchase has been shipped.
We ship orders that are in inventory within 1 or 2 business days after we receive payment.

We will do whatever is necessary to see that you are happy with your purchases. This can include replacing your item with one that better meets your needs.
All items purchased come with our complete satisfaction guarantee.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, just contact us within 3 days of receiving the item. In order to receive a refund, the item must be returned in the condition it was received. Returned items must be received by us within 10 days of the original receipt of purchase.


For Your Information!!!  Since all of our pottery are individually thrown on the potter's wheel or hand built and glazed, size and color may vary slightly with each individual piece. Since all these pieces are handmade there may be some minor imperfections.
